I Don’t Start With The Tool.
I start with the gap: what people are trying to do, where the system fights them and what would make the next step feel obvious.

Build Lanterns, Not Better Flashlights
I used to think progress meant pointing harder at the destination. A flashlight is good at that. It gives you a bright answer and hides almost everything around it. The way I build now is closer to a lantern. A lantern does not tell you where to look. It reveals enough of the world for you to notice what matters and choose the next step yourself. That idea changed how I think about products, learning, AI and the systems I want to make.
Design. Build. Verify. Teach.
The differentiator is not one tool. It is a repeatable way of turning ambiguity into durable capability.
How I Build With AI
Six working rules. They are what keeps a fast build from becoming a confident wrong answer.
